Australian Oskar Werner Frohnert, 68, Dies in Daun Penh
The Australian Oskar Werner Frohnert went to the medical centre in St. 154 complaining of chest pains. He died at the clinic of a heart attack.
He had a heavy vehicle driver's licence issued in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia, so he might have worked in the mines.
RIP

Re: Australian Oskar Werner Frohnert, 68, Dies in Daun Penh
Oskar had a gold mining lease with a partner he has hoping to sell to a big operator.
He was a real character for a non drinker, I liked him a lot.
We met when he stayed at my hotel.
I saw him about a month ago in SHV.
RIP to a real decent person.
