Capitol Bus to Phnom Penh Kills Pedestrian

Sihanoukville: On August 19, 2018, at 18:43pm, a Capitol bus knocked down and killed a pedestrian on National road 4, between 193-194 kilometers in O Pa Paing village, Ouk Oknha Heng SR, Prey Nob, Sihanouk province.
Preah Sihanouk provincial police said that before the incident, a bus with plate number 3B-6175 belonging to Capitol Bus Company was being driven from Sihanoukville to Phnom Penh by an unidentified driver. When he hit the pedestrian, the bus driver continued on for another 700 meters before he stopped the bus and ran away. The victim was identified only as a 40 year old man. RIP.
