Sihanoukville: A number of people have been arrested in Skyline Club for use of illegal drugs in a raid by the Sihanoukville Drug Squad, early on August 16, 2018.


Cambodian, Chinese, Indonesian and Korean nationals were among those arrested.


Drugs, including bottles of ketamine and packets of methamphetamine were confiscated by police, and those found in possession of drugs were taken to the police station for questioning.

However, the sign by the entrance says NO DRUGS (among other things.)

Whatever happened to the smoking ban in bars and clubs? Seems compulsory to smoke in the casinos!

Sihanoukville (FN), Aug. 16 - Sihanoukville police force, on early Thursday morning, launched a large scale crackdown on drug case at the "Skyline" entertainment club in Sihanoukville province.


Police arrested 53 suspects, including 24 Cambodians, 10 Chinese, 17 Indonesians and two Koreans; and seized 26 packages of drugs and four bottles for mixing drugs.

The operation was carried out by Sihanoukville provincial police chief General Choun Narin with the coordination of Deputy Prosecutor of Sihanoukville Provincial Court, and took place from 1:45 a.m to 5:00 am on Thursday morning.

WhenI was in Sihanoukville, I passed by this club but I have never tried to get in there. My friend told me that it's place for rich party-people.

yup, LV was a much better place, it was a local place trying to please the local crowd, skyline is a shitty place trying to please the rich crowd

it was not bad the last time i went. Maybe 2 to 3 years back... Had a great time there. The free-flow of fruit platters kept me a bit hydrated while boozing. Not a bad place... Nobody disturbed us, and my group was left alone to party as we wish. Can't remember the music though.. was probably too sloshed.
