Gunshots fired in Phnom Penh Street

Another drunk street theater scene occurred in Phnom Penh yesterday, involving a man with a gun.
Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: On August 7, 2018, at 10 pm, a man driving a car with army plates started yelling in the street and fired his gun 3 times, after an argument with his family on street 109, Sankat Monorum, Phnom Penh. The man managed to give the neighbors a good fright, before driving off in his car to an unknown destination.
After the incident, a reporter went to the scene and found three used bullets, but an unknown woman ran out to pick them up and remove them from the street.
