Thief Arrested for Stealing Cow & Attacking Owner

Oudor Meancheay, Cambodia News: On August 4, a 33 year old thief, Leng Lykea, arrested after stealing a cow and attacking the owner at Toul Broseru district, Banteay Meanchey.
The victim, identified as Yong Somole, 32 year old man, was attacked after he caught a thief who tried to steal his cow. He filed the complaint to the police to arrest the suspect.
After receiving the complaint, the police searched for the suspect and arrested him with the cow. The cow was returned to the victim.
