Court Drops Charges Against Unidentified Chinese Man

Phnom Penh: An unidentified Chinese man who had been arrested, and who was charged with violence in Phnom Penh court, was discreetly released on July 29, 2018.
The judge, Heng Kesrouth, decided to release the Chinese man after receiving the case from Mr. Seoung Longdy, the prosecutor of Phnom Penh court. The source said that after discussion, Mr. Heng Kesrouth and Mr. Seoung Longdy, coordinated with each other to release the suspect on charges of attacking the victim, an unidentified loanshark.
