Chinese Tourist gets Phone Snatched in Phnom Penh

Wasn't there some talk by Phnom Penh police earlier this year of a "crackdown" on phone and bag snatchings ?
At 1:59 pm on Monday, 23 July, 2018, a unidentified Chinese tourist had his phone snatched in broad daylight while standing in the street with some friends at Sangkat Toul Tum Poung I, Khan Chamkar Morn, Phnom Penh. The man was playing with his phone when a motorcyclist drove by and snatched it out of his hands, before making his escape.
