Takeo province: The body of a missing 12 year old boy, Nub Leum Heng,from Prey Nakru village, has been discovered in the forest in a state of advanced deterioration.

According to the boy's relatives, he was given a black Honda Dream 2018 C125 motorbike to wash on 12 July around noon. He then disappeared, whereabouts unknown, until his mutilated body was found on 19 July. Police have announced that the search for the missing lad has become a manhunt for the boy's murderer. The motive is presumed to be the theft of the motorbike, and it is believed that the killer was known to the victim. RIP.

Update: Two 17 year olds, one male and one female, are prime suspects and have been arrested for murder.

Battambang: On July 26, 2018, at 9:15 am, police officials in Takeo province cooperated with the Battambang police force to arrest two suspects for the murder of a 12 year old boy in Takeo province on 12 July 2018 in order to steal his motorcycle.

Battambang deputy police chief General Jeth Vanny said that the arrested suspects were Phan Pannarith, male, 17 years old, living in Prey Pdao village, Takeo province, and second, Houn Thida, female, 17 years old. Living in Prey Chambok village, Takeo province.


The two teenagers have been charged with aggravated theft and the murder of Nop Lim Heng, a 12-year-old male from Prey Pdao Village, Prey Kabas District, Takeo Province.

it is not terrible times, coz it didnt change much fm last, when ppl r poor, life is cheap, until most ppl r lifted out of poverty then do they realise that there is much more to live for

I agree with some of what you say, but there are millions of poor people who do not resort to this. It's also about upbringing. The value of life is abused way more by rich people than by poor people.

Shit like this makes me want to bring the death penalty back. At least the state (and the parents of the dead child) wouldn't have to pay for these two scumbags to spend 10 years plus in prison.

death penalty is too easy, i want a tit for tat , an eye for an eye justice system, if rape someone u gonna get rape back, if u chop someone up u gonna get chop up, n all of these broadcast to the public, fuck re-education, human savage nature cant be tamed can only be beaten into submission
