Phnom Penh: On July 17, 2018, at 5 pm, a group of 5 Chinese women tourists were victims of a bag snatching on Preah Sisowath Street, Sangkat Chatomok, Phnom Penh.

Before the incident, a group of 5 Chinese women left their hotel on Preah Sisowath boulevard, in the touristy riverside area of Phnom Penh, to take a walk along the river front in the direction north to south.
Suddenly, without warning, two Cambodian men on a motorbike rode by, snatching a bag from the victim, before they drove off to escape.
Oddly enough, the victims screamed for help, but nobody came to their aid.

It might be that people can't tell the difference between a bunch of Chinese tourists screaming at the top of their lungs and a bunch of Chinese tourists having a normal conversation.

And how could they come to their aid anyway? The youn are miles down the road by then..

I'm a bit disappointed. I expected to see a picture with 5 women and all you got is a few guys in a suit ?
