Foreign Woman Victim of Tuktuk Phone Snatching

Phnom Penh: On July 10 at 9:40 pm, a group of four women, 3 foreigners and 1 Cambodian, were victims of a phone snatching from a tuk tuk, on street 289, Khan Toul Kok, Phnom Penh.
Before the robbery, the four women took a tuk tuk to go to eat a BBQ at the restaurant near KD market. While they were driving along street 289, a thief rode up on his motorbike, snatched a phone from the hands of one of the foreign woman sitting on the right hand side of the tuk tuk, and then drove off. The police were called and a complaint was made.
