Drug Addict Goes Crazy, Tries to Shoot Police: Sihanoukville

Sihanoukville: On July 4 at 6:30 pm, Prey Nob Police arrested a 28-year-old male drug addict, Lon Vilai, after he threatened his parents and tried to shoot the police.
Following a complaint by the parents of the suspect, that their son was threatening to kill them, the police arrived at the scene to help.
Suddenly, the suspect tried to shoot the officers with his homemade gun and then tried to attack them with a knife while shouting death threats. Mr. Hou Yai ordered the police to arrest the suspect, and he was taken into custody immediately.

This is what I mean about the Khmer police being tolerant and slow to use maximum force.

No way this guy would be alive in the US or several other countries

I'm a gamer, and I literally won't play driving games here if I plan to drive the tuktuk. Reality slips for a moment... even driving the moto is a bit of a headspin at times!
