Anyone hear from The Strop-Meister recently?

Phnom Penh: Police say a foreign (Australian) man is suspected of setting a fire in his former rental property after the landlord cancelled the lease.

Some news sources are saying he's German. So if there is confusion over whether he's German or Australian, he may be Austrian.

Probably started from a lightning strike by God or a electrical fault.

Oh good. That's probably the case.

I've just been concerned about Strop lately.

He has seemed more truculent and irascible than normal lately.

Come to think of it, I would be too if every time I tried to access the CEO Restricted Access VIP Nightlife sub-forum I saw this:

German man sought after suspected arson attempt.

Phnom Penh: On June 27 at 6:30 am, a German man is suspected of burning equipment in the apartment that he was vacating at Borey Piphop Thmey in Phnom Penh.

According to the house owner, the German man had been renting the apartment, but he was asked to leave when his contract was up, because the the house had been sold. The landlord asked the German man to clear all his stuff out of the house and leave.

But, barely five minutes after the foreigner had left, the neighbors noticed that a fire had broken out on the premises. Fortunately, they managed to break the lock to get inside the house to put out the fire on time, and there was nobody injured. People suspected that the German man was the one who started the fire, as the house was smelling of gasoline and there was 3 bottles of gas.

Police are searching for the foreign man as an arson suspect.

Suspected arson attempt? Whoever did that was pretty successful at destroying the place. The walls don't look too bad though.

Could have torched half the neighborhood. The feckin' fecker. If he indeed did it, karma shall whoop his ass accordingly prompto.
I hope the landlord kept a passport copy.
