Just saw over 100 cop?s/soldiers?, in dark green almost black uniforms, with full riot gear, (helmets, shields, batons, etc) practicing in a field near the prison here in Ta Khmao.

I got stuck in one of those rally’s near the old freedom park when I was moving from Score to the Parrot one night. Ended up staying and getting absolutely hammered with a bunch of khmer guys.
