Sihanoukville: A 23 year old Indonesian man, WILLIAM WIJAYA, was arrested after stealing US$ 11,947 of online gambling money from The Rich Casino in Sihanouville. A 43 year old Indonesian man, LAV HAN NUNG, a representative at The Rich Casino, has laid charges of theft against the suspect.

The suspect who was an online worker at The Rich Casino, stole the money online since May 21 until June 02, 2018. Recently, the suspect have been arrested and taken to police station for questioning and preparing the case according to legal action.

This is the second Indonesian from Sihanoukville in the news in the past week.

The Rich Casino appears to have Indonesian online workers and an Indonesian boss. Could it be Indonesian owned ?

WOW, a lot has changed since I visited there last in 2006....!

still do, holiday palace have been operating without any license, hotel or casino until very recently

rich casino is run and owned by Indonesians as is the idn bar on the beach
