Nigerian EMEAJOE ANYAN Arrested for Drunk and Disorderly in Phnom Penh

Phnom Penh: A 33 year old Nigerian man, EMEAJOE ANYAN, was arrested for being drunk in a public place and disturbing the peace at 8:05 am on May 28, 2018, in Phnom Penh.
Following the Nigerian's initial detention for being drunk and shouting in public, it was revealed that he was staying in Cambodia without a passport, has no job and is homeless. He was taken from Phsar Thmey 3 police station to the Department of Immigration for his case to be processed according to legal immigration procedures.
