When I cross Monivong blv everyday, I am facing to some local on motorbikes, riskshaws and bikes who drive on the wrong side and do not care I am ready to cross the street. Even some stop front of me asking me "tuk tuk" ?
"I try to cross man, move please"
I suggest the Phnom Penh police "crack down" on the drunk young chineses who, when they just get outside the casino with their big luxurious pickup trucks, **speed-up** when they see the barang who try to quickly cross the street. It's funny to scared people or even, take a risk regarding their lives.
It is the real life, not a video game. You do not get 'points' if you smash me.

Have you been out along HE Bvd recently? There are road crossings all along that thing, even though there's nothing but sand on either side of the road where the crossings are painted.
