14 Cars Confiscated by Police, Driven by Chinese Without a License, Sihanoukville

Sihanoukville: On May 03, Sihanoukville traffic police did spot-checks to clamp down on people driving without a driving license. There were roadside check-points set up by police in two different parts of town: 1st target is near Sokha hotel, Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville and the 2nd target is in sangkat 2, Sihanoukville.
It doesn't say whether the police were only stopping Chinese nationals, but it is reported that there were 14 cars detained, all belonging to Chinese drivers who have no driving license:

2- Lexus RX300, Pate no. PP2AM-2127
3- Lexus RX300, has no Plate
4- Lexus RX300, Plate no. SR2-2874
5- Lexus RX300, Plate no. SKV2A-8103
6- Highlander, Plate no.PP2AS-9757
7- Previa, Plate no. PP2J-8168
8- Camry, Plate no. PP2AF-3887
9- Lexus R300, plate no. PP2AS-1278
10. Highlander, Plate no. PP2AG-2382
11. Lexus R300, plate no. PP2AP-7857
12. Lexus R300, Plate no. PP2AP-1569
13. Lexus R300, Plate no. SKV2A-6949
14. Toyota , Plate no. SKV2C-8868
The keys were taken away from all the drivers, and the vehicles were removed to the Traffic Police Station temporarily, waiting on the approval for their release by the General Command of Provincial Police.
