GT: Police say a 24-year-old Khmer teenager has been spotted in a corn field on the banks of the Mekong River, where he was raped and murdered after being attacked by police.
The brother of 28-year-old Tim Phoea, 28, reported that at 7 pm on April 30, her sister, Aysa, told her that she was going to let him get a salary of 10,000 Riels per night.
