Creepy Camintel worker arrested for raping his g/f's little sister

Phnom Penh: A 35 year old man, Leng Lingpaisan, a representative of Camintel company, was arrested after raping a minor, his girlfriend's sister, at 8:30 pm on April 26, in a rented room on street 1988, Sangkat Phnom Penh Thmey, Khan Sensok, Phnom Penh.
The victim's sister said that, in 2017, the suspect went to her room, but she was not there and her sister was there alone. The suspect thought that was a good chance for him to rape the victim. After the rape, the suspect convinced the victim not to tell anyone and he said he will buy her whatever she wants.
On April 24, 2018, the suspect went to his girlfriend's room again and saw the victim alone, so he raped her again. After that he promised the victim that he will buy a smart phone for her.
But then, on April 26, the victim decided to tell all the story to her sister, who filed a complaint to Phnom Penh Thmey police. She made a plan to meet the suspect then let the police arrest him.
After being arrested, the suspect confessed that he had raped the victim twice because both times he was drunk. He has been detained at Sen Sok police station for preparing the case submit to court.
