Foreign man in moto accident gets cranky and smashes phone, Phnom Penh

Phnom Penh: A traffic accident involving a motorcycle and a car occurred around midnight on May 4, 2018, along Street 294 and 29 in Tonle Bassac commune, Chamkar Morn district, Phnom Penh.

A unidentified foreign male was seen driving a white Suzuki Step, with plates 1K-8175, very fast, direction south, when he hit a car coming from a westerly direction. The motorbike crashed full on into the side of the car and the driver was injured.
As help and ambulances arrived on the accident scene, there was also a number of reporters or random rubber-neckers who take photos of accident scenes. The foreign man took exception to being photographed and filmed for social media, so he grabbed the nearest phone and smashed it.
He was taken to hospital for medical treatment by ambulance.
