A foreign man doubts on drunken driving as he flew into a two-wheeled motorbike, collapsing in the middle of a road accident and injuring two on Norodom Boulevard in Tonle Bassac commune, Chamkar Morn district, Phnom Penh, about 5 am on May 3, 2018.
Police immediately called the ambulance carrying a seriously injured foreigner to the emergency room at the hospital, while the two motorbikes in the accident were compelled by the local police to work together with the traffic police in Chamkarmon to wait for further settlement.

What appears to be a small black plastic helmet drops from the handlebars when they pick up the bike. Can be seen in one of the photos as well. But, doesn't look like he was wearing it.

But yeah, it doesn't look good for him.
