American Tourist TOMMY YOON Robbed by Cambodian Prostitute in Phnom Penh Hotel

Phnom Penh: On April 19, a Korean-American tourist, TOMMY YOON, 30 year olds, was robbed by a woman who he "dated" at the Happiness Hotel (?) on street 90, Sangkat Wat Phnom, Khan Doun Penh, Phnom Penh. The suspect was identified as Chorn Chenda, 36 year old, and was arrested at Phsar Kandal while she was with another foreigner.
On April 19, the police arrested the women after getting a complaint from the Korean American Tommy Yoon for stealing money: $2,700 USD and 50,000 won.
The suspect said that on April 17, the foreigner contacted her on her phone but she didn't know how he got her phone number. He invited her to happiness hotel. While she was in the hotel room for a few hours with that Korean American, he asked her to join him to use drug, but she refused, so he attacked her by pimp slapping her. After that she left the hotel. She also said that she didn't steal any money from him.
Recently, the police are questioning and investigating her for the case and see if they will take legal action.

What is a Korean-American? Is that an American with a Korean surname? Is that different than American-Korean?
Negative comments about her looks and drug use but he is the douche bag. I would not leave $2700 out in front of my friends much less a meth head staying at my house for a few hours.

3. Ever have that much cash laying around in view
Most important: Not tell anyone especially the competent authorities who let the FB TV in.
