SIHANOUKVILLE - On April 3, 2018, at 18:15 hours, at the Corner Bar, Otres 1, Group 17, Village 6, Sangkat Number 4, Preah Sihanouk Province, an Indian man, ERNAT NURMUKHA MEDULI, was arrested for intentional violence. The suspect became angry and deliberately punched 23 year old NiKHiL SAGOR in the eye with a glass.

After the action, the suspect escaped. But, following a crime report from the victim, the police force of Sihanoukville searched for the suspect and arrested him at 04:30 on the 4th of April.
