Drunk husband kills his wife in Poipet; motive unknown

POIPET- In yet another extreme case of domestic violence, a man identified as Ouk Sei was arrested at around 5 pm on April 4 in Kbal Spean Village 1, Poipet commune, Poipet city, for the murder of his wife.
Neighbors report that there was a loud violent quarrel between the husband and wife at their house, and then all went quiet. When police came to investigate, they found the woman lying dead on the bed, and the husband was so drunk that he didn't know where he was or what he had done.
