Bonteay Meanchey: A 27 year old lesbian, Vuth Sreymech, was arrested for selling 150 bottles of ketamine (Special K) liquid drug on March 18, in Princes Casino in Kbal Spean Village, Poipet.
The police cooperated with department of Anti-Drug of Piopet communication border office, arrested the suspect and confiscated 150 bottles of ketamine, 1 motorbike and 1 phone. The suspect has been detained at the police station to prepare the case for further procedures.

We always TRY to highlight the parts of the story that stand out from the NORM.

1. Seller- redundant

2. Drug dealer- redundant

3. Entrepreneur- Is she? Maybe she deals for someone.

3. Analysts- Is she?

4. Casino Operator- Is she? I didn't think we knew her job title.

I was going to say the same thing, but then I remembered all the titles that say things like "Beautiful woman kills man in her brand new Range Rover"or "Motodop with bad hairdo gets arrested for stealing iphone6 from fat lady in pyjamas".
And then it sort of makes sense. Lol.
Woman arrested for selling drugs would be the generic title. But there's hundreds of women arrested for selling drugs. So they add a few adjectives, so you can tell them apart.

Haha, we just highlight interesting parts of the story. Headlines would be pretty boring if they all said "Human arrested for XXXXXXX."

And I'd only call it click-baiting if the title was misleading in order to get clicks, but colorful headlines is fine in my book.

We already know that news about foreigners, especially if they are good looking get more attention from ALL THE MAJOR INTERNATIONAL NEWS MEDIA as opposed to if it were the same story with a local. Just the way it is, even though the actual laws are the same for everyone.
