Looks like we have our first dead foreigner thread on CEO. [Please don't get carried away.]

I can only use Google Translate, but it sounds like this happened today around 10:30am. Also, Google Translate calls the title "American woman suicide," but it's clearly not a woman.

I'm assuming the only reason this one WASN'T classified as a "heart attack" is because of the bloody mess. His throat looks cuts in the NSFW picture.

And while the article calls it a "suicide," I think we all know there might be more to this story. Anyone heard anything about this? He's not identified yet, so could be a tourist or an expat.

I also find myself wondering how they know the person is an "American" if they can't identify him. He's not fat, and unless they found him barely still alive, he wouldn't have an accent to help them determine his nationality either.
