Singapore man, CHAN KWONG KIT SAM, killed in motorbike accident

KANDAL - A Singapore national, identified as CHAN KWONG KIT SAM, aged 30, was killed in what appears to be a hit and run accident in Kandal province yesterday, 11 March 2018.
He reportedly collided with a car while driving a scooter at Tep Pranun Village, Vihear Luong Commune, Ponhea Leu District, Kandal Province. However, the car did not stop after the accident, and police are looking for the vehicle and its driver. The victim was staying in Phnom Penh. RIP.
