Kampong Speu: On March 4 at 7:30 am, the leader of MSC Big Motorbike rider group who drove a BMW bike serial 2016 was killed in an accident on road no.44, Tropeang Srong Village, Kong Pisey district, Kampang Speu. He died while being transported to hospital. RIP.

Yes. Zooming in on the small image we can see it was a two vehicle accident. The BMW moto and maybe a Honda Dream.

It would appear the dream was on wrong side of the road, whether making a turn or for some other reason, who can say.
