They molested 11 boys and one of the nonces was arrested 20 years ago in Pattaya for similar crimes.
11 Underage Boys Disclosed Sexual Abuse; Two British Charged

Siem Reap: On 23 February 2018, Siem Reap provincial court charged two British nationals aged 63, and 69 years, with Indecent Acts Against Minors under Fifteen Years of age, under the Law on Suppression of Human Trafficking and Sexual Exploitation. Both men were remanded in pretrial detention to await further investigation. The Siem Reap Anti Human Trafficking and Juvenile Protection Police arrested the British men after they heard disclosures of sexual abuse made by several boys aged between 13 and 15 years.

APLE was made aware of the suspected incidents by a community member who chose to report their suspicions after witnessing young boys in the men’s rented house on different occasions. APLE promptly reported the concerns to police and assisted them to identify possible victims. During police investigations, evidence of abuse was found that subsequently led to the arrest of both men. According to police, one of the men confessed to having sexually molested some of the boys and paid them for each encounter. Police also confiscated numerous media devices for examination.

According to a previous news report, one of the British men was arrested in Thailand about 20 years ago for charges involving sexual molestation of underage boys after Pattaya police found him naked in bed in a hotel room with the boys. He confessed to police that he usually paid each boy between 300-500 Baht per time.

APLE Cambodia and NGO partners will provide support for the affected children and their families if they request such services during the rehabilitation process.

Why aren't they named? That's weird. APLE obviously has the names if they have googled one name and found a Pattaya child sex arrest.

If anyone is charged and then subsequently found guilty of child molesting without Reasonable Doubt I say castrate the fuckers... one side of me says justice can be rough in the most well-managed legal system. But if there is evidence which is undeniable cut their fucking Bullock's off

Oh great. Why does every thread about a child sex arrest devolve into tough talk from posters about how they would castrate the accused and boil him in oil and eat his liver and whatnot?

But if a guy slices up a masseuse it's "Gee, I wonder what the reason was, maybe it was drugs, maybe he knew her, this is a sad waste of the young man's life."

It's weird, but sometimes APLE don't name the accused until they are convicted. For example, this article is clearly about Mark Smith, but it just mentions a 39-year-old British national. http://aplecambodia.org/british-man-arr ... in-school/

However, if APLE's articles are sourced from the media, they do include the name. For example, this one about a Dutchman. http://aplecambodia.org/dutchman-arrest ... rn-photos/

So if the Khmer Times or Phnom Penh Post run a story about a paedo and don't give the suspects name, it means they have probably just got the info from APLE"s website without speaking to the cops or the court.
