Homeless Australian MICHAEL LEE MORAN Arrested in Phnom Penh

A homeless Australian man, 49-year-old Michael Lee Moran was arrested in Phnom Penh. It looks like they picked him somewhere around riverside.
A pattern seems to be emerging here.

They must be on a drive to get 'the house in order'. It's only February and I know there are really only wet & dry seasons in Cambodia... but they've started spring cleaning.

Yeah, even saw them last night on riverside around 8pm, doing traffic regulations.

Looks more as if they are just bringing him to the airport. Suitcase and all that.
Maybe a new service by the police.

Luggage,, as in suit, tie, white shirt and socks, or baggage as in tee shirt flip-flops and ciggies.
