3 Barangs in Wifebeaters Get Motorcycle Confiscated in Phnom Penh for No Helmets & Wrong Way

Phnom Penh: On February 4, the police force Khan Doun Penh cooperated with traffic police to confiscate the motorbike and side carriage of 3 foreigners, which were driving to against the traffic with no helmets at Independence Monument on street Preah Sihovath, Khan Doun Penh, Phnom Penh.
The police have detained 23 motorbikes which includes this big bike driven by 3 unidentified foreigners and 8 Tuk Tuks and 1 car.
Recently, the offenses are taken to the Traffic Police Office of Phnom Penh Police Commission to follow legal procedures.

Is that the bike the mortician is trying to sell? Russian or Chinese make? Saw it advertised on Facebook, $16k, iirc

Its proper old design with drum brake front and seems to be a single cylinder. No visible exhaust on the left side The Russian urals were flat twin bmw looking things. I cant see enough of the engine to identify it. gearbox looks distinctly British, but it could be a jap single cylinder retro. maybe Kawasaki Estrelle?

Jesus! I bought my first Ural for about $2K.
Saw a few in a shop out near the airport, along with some 1970 Honda 250/350 twins. I think it was around 6k for the ural and sidecar. they had a pair
