Flying a drone near the prime minister/strongman's house is a great idea.

Now they are of an age where they would be constantly connected to social media, Google, and all sort of travel blogs, but they are obviously not savvy enough to check if flying around HE's house might lead to all sorts of shit.

Why does the headline say New Zealanders? And why is CEOCambodiaNews withholding links to the new sources again?

The problem these kids may have is that the government has gotten some criticism from the international press for allegedly singling out Ricketson and trumping up spying charges against him because of his tenuous connection to the opposition party. Ricketson was just denied bail yesterday.

The competent authorities may decide that promptly releasing these three kids for drone flying violations would make them look like hypocrites and undermine their argument as to why Ricketson should be kept behind bars.

Bad judgment + really bad timing here

That'll wipe the smiles of their faces.
