Malaysian Guy with Tattoos Arrested

A Malaysian guy with a lot of tattoos and a barang-sounding name (Edmund Melville Felix) was arrested outside the Malaysian embassy on Norodom Blvd because he was shouting too much.

Ha. I saw this guy on 51 Sunday morning around midday. He went to a few cafes opposite and shouted at people before 4 security guys escorted him off the street. It seemed that this was not the first time they had met.

Couldn't catch it all but it seemed to be at the girls mostly. Maybe he was horny.

Phnom Penh: A 49 year old Malaysian man named EDMUND MELVILLE FELIX, was arrested for creating a disturbance at the Malaysian Embassy at 10 am on January 29, at Khan Chamkarmorn, Phnom Penh.
According to a police department official, the Malaysian Embassy issued a complaint about the man who has caused disturbances at the embassy five times because he has lost his passport.
The police have taken the Malaysian man to the Department of Immigration to follow the legal procedures.
