A 37-year-old cleaner, Heng Sokhoeun, stole a black Motorola phone from 51-year-old Australian Carlo Suanno. He was sleeping while she was cleaning his apartment in Daun Penh. He reported her to the cops and they arrested her. The cops tested her piss and she was clean.

The strange thing is that she isn't dressed like a cleaner.

According to authorities, the suspect's name is Heng Sokhoeun, she is 38 years old, and she works in a restaurant. The suspect and the victim were known to each other before this incident.
It is reported that the suspect went to the victim's house for cleaning. The victim went to the bed room and left the phone on the table. After cleaning, the victim realized that he had lost his phone. When he went to check the suspect's bag, he found his phone, so then he took the suspect to the police station. The suspect has been detained for questioning and criminal charges at Khan Doun Penh police station.

That Australian looks like a guy who would hang out with PIEMAN drinking outside Fuel Bar during the day.

But she's not a hooker, she works at a restaurant, and she went to his house in her restaurant outfit to clean and then he fell asleep.
