Two young Cambodian men were on there way to visit their girlfriends when they spotted a Frenchwoman on a bicycle near the corner of 154 and 13 in Daun Penh.

The men decided to take advantage of the opportunity to relieve the Frenchwoman of her bag. However, the Frenchwoman resisted the attempted robbery and they all fell onto the road.

The thieves were arrested and everyone was taken to Calmette Hospital.

Hahaha, looks like the little punks are a lot worse off than the intended victim. Probably fell down the stairs at the police station.

Two thieves found themselves hauled off to the proverbial Bastille after they were ambushed by a crowd of capital bystanders after snatching a French expat’s bag in Daun Penh district.

The woman was riding a bicycle on Monday when the suspects veered close and came away with her satchel.

Nearby citizens saw what happened and chased the men down until they crashed into a parked tuk-tuk. Cops soon arrived to send one of the culprits to Calmette, and bring the other in for questioning.
