Sihanouk Ville - This morning, 07 January 2018, a Chinese man and 3 unidentified Cambodians were arrested immediately after trying to rob Mr. Vong Chanthy, 28 years old, the officer of Department of Communications, Senate, National Assembly, and Labor Inspectorate.
The police received call from the victim for help while the suspect was trying to extort the victim with violence and threatening him with a gun to obtain money from him.
The police went to demonstrate and detain the suspect immediately and revoke the evidence included a PRITAI pistol from United States, a PA lol Pistol , a LANGROVER cars plated RCAF No.2,3169.
The suspects have been detained for the High Court Criminal Division to continue the proceedings.

Unfair i think in Shitsville, should've been 3 Chinese & 1 Khmer...

I imagine from the photo, the heads down in shame are the Khmer. No work in Shitsville is an opening for crime.
