Road Raging Chinese Run Over Bike & Crash Into Vietnamese Embassy in Phnom Penh on Christmas Eve

Phnom Penh, Cambodia: Witnesses say they saw 2 vehicles racing down Monivong Blvd before one ran the other off the road, sending them crashing into a motorbike and the Vietnamese Embassy.
The other vehicle sped off, leaving 2 Chinese nationals at the scene when police arrived. The other vehicle involved was also said to have Chinese nationals in it. And Cambodians on Thu motorbike who were hit had nothing to do with the altercation between the two other vehicles.
Since there were no injuries, even with the people on the motorbike, no charges were filed. This happened at 10:20PM on December 24.
