Kep: Police detained a Frenchman, 47-year-old Pascal Georges Landi, for deliberately attacking and injuring Patrick Kzwio, a 65-year-old French resident of Thmei Thmey commune, Prey Thom district, Kep province.
The competent authorities are treating the case in accordance with legal procedures.
