Illegal plantation of 12,000 marijuana plants discovered in Takeo

Takeo: On December 7, 2017, the professional staff of the Anti-Narcotics Bureau of Takeo Police Station in cooperation with the Kirivong District Police Inspectorate led by Colonel Yuok Sarath, district police chief Leading 68 forces to crack down on illegal marijuana plantation at the confluence of Dakluloun and Dupteam Lim, located in Chroy commune, Bakong commune, Kirivong district.
The plantation contained over 12,000 plants, which were dug up by 40 police officers and prepared for destruction.
Police have been unable to find the owner of the cannabis farm and they are currently seeking his whereabouts.

Someone in Takeo really pissed someone off as they've been having a severe crackdown in Kirivong this past year.

They have started the second crackdown on drugs this year. Difficult to pinpoint growing areas. I wonder if that is why the helicopter has been flying around kk province for the last few days?

I've seen a black military looking helicopter flying very low over the forest in Kampong Speu. Though it wasn't circling the area
