White NGO Woman Robbed in PP; Thieves Caught

The thieves stole her bag while she was talking on the phone and caused injuries to her elbows, hands, and hips. The cops caught the four thieves. Some of them have been to prison 3 times already so they "may have no chance to come out again".

They go after anyone who looks vulnerable and appears to be an easy target.
