Three arrested with drugs and US$4700 counterfeit money

On 8pm on 16 Nov, Kandal Province Ank Snoul District Police arrested three suspects in Por Hiang Toul Ton Nop village on charges of smuggling drugs and possessing counterfeit US$.
The police pointed out that the suspects were Chen Su (28, unemployed) living in Por Hiang Veng Somnang Village, Teng Pan Ny (22, worker) living in Toul Ton Nop Village, Sor Samady (27, factory worker). During the raid the police uncovered 1 small bag of drugs, 2 cellphones, counterfeit money noted of US$4700 and a fake Dior manbag.
The police of the Por Hiang division noticed the three suspects while patrolling the streets. Because they were acting suspiciously, the police stopped and interrogated the suspects, only to find out that Chen Su had 1bag of drugs on his body which caused all 3 to be arrested.
At present the three suspects are detained at the local police station for interrogation and will be sent for prosecution later on.
