A video was posted on social media showing 4 men robbing a bag from a female western tourist while she was walking on street 113 close to Toul Sleng Museum in Phnom Penh. Two men on one motorbike and two men on another, and one man grabbed her bag and they all sped off together.

In broad broadcast daylight too. Wow.

Gotta learn to keep the bag on the shoulder away from traffic.

She is kind of walking around saying, "here, somebody help me with my bag..."

She's still got the plastic bag in her hand as she chases them, what did they grab?

PP has got a very bad repetition of this crime! But it happens in most cities in the world for the thieving opportunists.

Expats in Cambodia have no idea how relatively violent crime-free this country is.
