Phnom Penh:

On November 2017, two mid twenties psychopaths were having sexual intercourse on a bench in the public park on Street 271 in Sangkat Steung Meanchy, Khan Mean Chey, causing the passersby to react negatively to the open-air porn scene. The couple were reported, and the event was brought to an abrupt halt by the police, much to the relief of the gawkers and growing crowd of bystanders.

How do they know they are psychopaths?
