Come on, a bit of sympathy is needed here. You cannot expect them to be physically fit when they have to sit with their boss all day, at a coffee shop eating and drinking.

I understand that shortly after that photo was taken, the guy in the middle was caught by poachers, his liver drained of bile and his severed genitals sold to a Chinese buyer for "medicinal purposes" along with some pangolins.
