Drunk driver smashes into Phnom Penh shophouse

PHNOM PENH - At 9:30 pm on October 29, 2017, at 421 Street, Phnom Penh, Hanoi, Factory Village, Sangkat Kok Heang, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh, a Mercedes Benz car was driven into a shophouse at high speed. The vehicle was driven by a man, believed to have been in an advanced state of inebriety, accompanied by a female companion. The woman was not hurt and the man escaped with minor injuries.
Unfortunately for the building owner, one wall was totally destroyed and there was serious material damage.
