Husband and wife brutally murdered in 'motiveless' killing

Tbong Khmum: A husband and wife were found dead in pools of blood by the man's brother at 10am on 21 October, but forensic evidence indicates that the couple were killed early the previous evening somewhere around 7 and 8pm. The husband was found dead on the floor of the kitchen while his wife's body was discovered in the bedroom. Both victims died of multiple stab wounds.
There was no robbery, and the neighbors did not hear anything. At present police are searching for a motive for the murders. The victims were aged 48 and 45, and they had two children who are living in Phnom Penh and were not present at the time.
