Policeman murders security guard singing karaoke, Phnom Penh

Phnom Penh:
At 8:00 pm on 14 October 2017, a drunk policeman fired on a security guard named Chey Bunthorn, 50 years old worked and police guard at a food stall in Trea Village, Sangkat Steung Mean Chey 1, Khan Mean Chey, Phnom Penh The victim died on the spot from loss of blood; he was shot three times.
The murderer was arrested and is being questioned by the regional police.

According to an article here, (posted 2 hours ago), the policeman who shot a man dead in a karaoke argument is still in custody being questioned by police, and he is due to face trial.

Captain San Borey to be charged with murder...
A Phnom Penh Municipal Police officer was arrested on Saturday night over the shooting death of a market security officer in Stung Meanchey district.The killing took place at a restaurant in Trea village.
Meanchey district police officer Sok Sareth said Captain San Borey, 38, an officer with the municipal minor crime unit, was accused of intentional murder.
He was arrested the same evening after firing three rounds at Chey Bunthan, 50, a security officer in Stung Meanchey Market over a dispute about drinking and singing karaoke songs at the restaurant.
