Alcohol Costs Foreigner His Fortune

At 7:30 am on 11 October 2017, an unidentified foreigner had a violent argument with his wife, ruined his property, and caused public disturbance due to high level of alcohol, which he had consumed all night according to his wife, since the night of 10th October till morning, before returning to his residence at Sangkat Thmey 3 , Khan Don Penh, Phnom Penh.
The foreign man went on smashing his head with the beer mug causing him head and arm injury after the argument with his wife when he returned home. Thus his wife has reported to the police seeking for help. However, he refused to go to the hospital when the police arrived forcing the police to force him. The man was finally rescued and waited for the reports from the police.
