Chinese man arrested for extortion with violence in Sihanoukville

Sihanoukville makes the news again with public acts of violence between Chinese nationals.
The circumstances are not very clear, but it seems that FANG JIAN HUA, a 39-year-old Chinese national residing at House Rental Group 15, Village 5, Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville, threatened someone identified as LIN YONG FEI, a 39-year-old Chinese national, occupation engineer, living in a rental house, Village 5, Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville.
It is alleged that the suspect sent five strong-arm guys in a violent attack on the victim in an attempt to obtain money from him. The victim reportedly suffered several injuries to the head and body.
The Sihanoukville provincial police, led by General Choun Narin, are investigating the case.
