Mad truck drivers and no footpaths for pedestrians make the roads unsafe. Especially for children. RIP.

On 6 October, in Steung Thmey village, Stoil commune, Veal Veng district, Pursat; amid heavy rain, on a fast and dangerous road, a truck drove into a small girl walking home on the side of the road and killed her instantly.
Witnesses report that the truck was driving very fast and had no licence plates, and the driver of the truck was reported to have fled the scene of the accident immediately. The family who came to take the body of the girl were mad with grief at losing their child.
